The services that we offer fall into six different but interrelated types.These range from the supply of equipment to installations, rentals, maintenance, and full-scale projects.The latter entail the analysis of the current state with the view to designing and implementing a desired future state with regards to technology based business risk and audio-visual systems. Table A details the products and services, and provides a summary of the brands that are most preferred in the marketplace.
The interrelatedness of the products and services often requires a preliminary analysis to establish both the adequacy of suggested solutions and the need for a full-scale project in order to determine appropriate technological interventions. An example on the foregoing assertion would be where both business process and technology need to be merged in order to provide a complete solution against shrinkage in a retail environment.
Table A shows the various service types, alongside which are listings of the various products and/or services. A short description of each service type is provided in order to facilitate better understanding and appreciation of our product and service offerings. The listing of the leading brands in the last column does not communicate our preference. While we do advise on the brands appropriate for the specific client environment, including advice on brands that are not listed on Table A,we do acknowledge our clients’ prerogative to decide on preferred brands pending prevailing financial, operational, and other conditions.
